- We do not perform high-rise work unless it can be accessed safely via ladders, balconies, or rooftops.
5. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods agreed beforehand.
- Invoices not paid within the agreed time may incur late fees.
6. Cancellations & rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if we arrive and are unable to complete the work due to no access or last-minute cancellation.
- We may reschedule due to bad weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Service limitations
- We aim for a streak-free finish, but some older or damaged glass may have marks that cannot be removed.
- We do not guarantee removal of hard water stains unless quoted and agreed as a separate service.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to glass, frames, or screens.
8. Liability
- We take care to avoid damage, but in the unlikely event we cause damage, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.
- We are fully insured for public liability in Australia.
